Had a great time staying here with my friends! We spent a day at Lake Hartwell enjoying the water, and the next caught a game at Clemson University. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay even better. Just a note, breakfast is off the menu, so be ready to wait a bit. Overall, a solid place for a group vacation.
One thing that was a bit off is that the beds were unusually high, making it a little awkward to climb in and out.

Loved the spacious room and great amenities! The outdoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind. Just a heads up, breakfast took a while since it’s not a buffet. Overall, a solid stay! 😊

Decent Stay with Friendly Staff
The room was comfortable, and the staff's kindness made a difference. However, the restaurant's odd hours presented a challenge, so plan meals accordingly. Room service was unresponsive late at night. A great breakfast buffet with variety, but the room could use better maintenance.

missingWrote a review on Oct 09comfortable bedsoutdoor poolrenovation noise
The room had comfortable beds labeled for firmness, providing a good night's sleep after a long day. The outdoor pool area offered a nice spot to unwind in the afternoon sun, making for a pleasant low-key moment during the stay.
Renovations were ongoing, which caused water usage restrictions from 10 AM to 6 PM. This was unexpected and quite inconvenient, especially since my stay was limited. The breakfast options were strictly off-menu rather than a buffet, leading to longer wait times—something to consider if you're in a hurry. Additionally, I found the heating unit in the room noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly at times, as I had to turn it off.

Just an optimal selection for a couple of nights in Anderson with outstanding value for money. The pillows were labeled either firm or soft, and that made my sleep great. Make sure to request your preferred pillow type upon arrival.

Staying here had its ups and downs. The hotel was mostly clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff willing to help, but the room had a few maintenance issues and the breakfast was overpriced. Overall, it's decent for a quick stop, just not a luxury stay.

The location off Clemson Blvd was super convenient for my family, especially for heading to Clemson University. We enjoyed some great outdoor time. My grandchild loved the breakfast buffet, which featured fresh fruit and waffles—a hit for kids!
My kids wished the restaurant had earlier hours for breakfast, making it easier for families with young ones.

I found the Holiday Inn in Anderson to be surprisingly good, especially for someone who travels a lot. The outdoor pool area looked inviting and well-maintained. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner at check-in, making me feel welcome right away. I appreciated how clean everything was, from the lobby to my room. The King Room I booked had a spacious layout and included nice amenities like a coffee machine and fridge, which made things more convenient. One downside was the breakfast situation. it didn’t come as a buffet, so I had to order from the menu, leading to longer wait times. Although the food tasted good, more vegetarian options would have been a nice addition. Another minor issue was the noise from the hallway, which occasionally interrupted my peace. Overall, a nice stay, but a few improvements could elevate the experience.
